Refund & Return Policy – Perishable Goods (Fresh Flowers)


Due to the nature of our products, all flowers and floral arrangements sold by Reihan Floral are considered perishable goods.


For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered successfully, except in the following cases:


• The product was delivered damaged

• The product was incorrect or did not match the order

• The flowers arrived in poor condition due to a quality issue


If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and your order number.


Once the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

• A replacement of the affected product

• A partial or full refund

• Store credit for future purchases


Refunds, when approved, are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.


Return shipping is not required for perishable goods.


This policy complies with Google Merchant Center guidelines regarding perishable and non-returnable products.
